PARENTAL CARE STRATEGIES AND CHILDREN EMOTIONAL WELL- BEING AMONG URBAN REFUGEE FAMILIES IN NSAMBYA SUBURB, MAKINDYE

This study explores the impact of parental care strategies on the emotional wellbeing of children in urban refugee families in Nsambya Suburb, Makindye, Kampala, Uganda. The problem addressed is the lack of comprehensive understanding of how different parental care strategies, emotional, psychological, and practical, affect children’s emotional well-being in urban refugee contexts marked by challenges such as housing instability, unemployment, and socio-economic vulnerability.
